Refund and Returns Policy

All the sales from the GPL theme website are considered final, given the nature of the digital content as one downloads it instantly after purchasing it. We do not provide any demo, a trial period, or a grace period once the user purchases or subscribes to any product. After downloading, there is no refund/return policy that we offer. 

Exceptions would be when GPL themes purchased item does not work and we are unable to fix the issue, user can request for refund under 15 days of purchase by creating a ticket on the live chat area or emailing us at [email protected]

When the product has already been downloaded, users requesting refund for memberships plans would not be taken into consideration. No refund will be provided to membership plan users. 

No refunds would be processed in the following cases :

• The user has changed his/her mind. 
• The user subscribes to our product/ service by mistake. 
• The user asks for goodwill. 
• The user doesn’t have the ability to work on the purchased products. 
• Users won’t be able to download the product from our website if we have removed it from the our website. 
• The user is in breach of the GPL Theme fair play/usage policy.
